CRUX · WartaiWorld Art Window
A new, unseen painting every dayin your home. In your office. In your child’s room.
Scan with your phoneand hold it upright.
In the Art Window a child is a child, not a product.
An alien is a friend, not an enemy.
A screen that doesn’t shout
No ads, no scrolling, no videos one after another. Just a painting that is there — and every so often turns into a new one. Your child gets a fairy-tale window, and you get some peace.
- Teaches looking, not scrolling — a painting full of details to discover
- A separate world for children up to 12
- Only paintings chosen for children
- On an old TV hung upright
Wondered lately what to hang on your wall?
Beautiful. And just one.
Pretty. And just one.
A few dozen euros, copied thousands of times. Also just one.
Whichever you choose, it’s always the same: one picture that soon gets boring. What made you happy yesterday, you’d gladly give to Aunt Irene today. For free.
With the Art Window, that problem is gone.
A new painting every day
Enough for several years without a single repeat. And the library keeps growing.
Or every hour
Or even every 5 minutes — a quick slideshow across the whole wall. You decide.
Rent the key
All you need is the Window Key. You rent it by the month and can cancel any time.
Three steps to the Window
Phone
Open the Window on your phone. Free — today, tomorrow and always. On your phone you see one tenth of the library — the whole of it waits on a big screen. With a key, your phone becomes the remote for your Window.
TV
Hang an old TV upright (a swivel mount costs a few euros) and try the Window on a big screen.
The Window Key
Liked it? We had a feeling you would. Rent the key by the month — a token fee for a library that keeps growing. Up to 3 screens.
What you get
A growing library
Thousands of paintings in 4K for an upright screen. New ones every week.
Golden thoughts of AI
A short thought beneath the painting — at midnight, at noon. Or just the painting, if you prefer silence.
Your rhythm
A new painting every minute, every hour or one a day. You decide.
Your own collectionssoon
Collect your favourite paintings and crop your own frame from them.
Phone as remote
Set everything up on your phone — the TV listens.
Up to 3 screens
Living room, office, child’s room. One key, three windows.
Before you ask
How much electricity does it use?
As much as your TV — the Window itself uses none. But careful: a TV switched on all day shows up on the bill.
That’s why you fit a presence sensorsoon. When nobody is in the room, the TV goes to standby — and standby costs pennies, less than €1 a month.
When you walk in, the sensor notices you and the Window wakes up by itself — with a new painting to greet you. One you haven’t seen yet, or a favourite from a collection you chose yourself.
The sensor has no camera. It doesn’t see faces, only that someone is in the room.
Why are there several times more upright paintings than landscape ones?
Turn your TV upright, even for a moment, and see for yourself.
First — you’ll be different. Everyone has a landscape TV at home; it no longer surprises anyone. Very few have an upright one.
Second — you’ll see exceptional paintings. The Art Window is designed as a painting in a frame, not as one more TV.
Third — the figure. Our paintings are ruled by the figure: a human, a visitor from another planet or some other humanoid. And a portrait always looks better upright. The same figure on a landscape screen looks up to three times smaller.
There are landscape paintings too — for those who prefer the classic setup. But the real Window stands upright.
Are these paintings made by artificial intelligence?
Yes — and no. They are made by a human and a machine working together: flesh and silicon. The machine suggests, paints, enlarges. The human — the artist — invents the worlds and characters, chooses, corrects and rejects. Only a fraction of hundreds of drafts make it into the Window.
So you don’t get random pictures from a generator, but one artist’s coherent world — with his eye and his taste.
Won’t a picture shown for hours damage my TV?
Ordinary LED/LCD TVs will be fine.
OLED TVs are sensitive to an image that stays unchanged for a very long time — it can “burn in”. So on an OLED, set the painting to change every hour or more often, not “one a day”. Best with a presence sensor — then the screen goes dark when nobody is in the room.
Will my TV stop being a TV?
No. One screen, two roles — you switch with one movement of your hand.
On a swivel mount the TV sits in landscape: films, news, the match — as always. Turn it 90 degrees — and your TV becomes an Art Window.
Try it when friends come round: instead of music TV in the background, start a quick slideshow — a new painting every minute or every 5 minutes. Your guests won’t leave the wall.
Do I need to buy a new TV?
No. Any TV with internet and a web browser will do (most TVs from recent years have one).
Is your TV older, or has no browser? Then get a streaming stick — a small box or a “USB stick” the size of a lighter that turns any TV into a smart TV. In shops it’s called a “streaming stick” or “smart TV box” (e.g. Fire TV Stick, Google TV Streamer). It costs about €30–60.
How to connect it:
- Plug the stick into an HDMI port on the back of the TV (the flat socket, like the one for a decoder).
- Plug the power adapter from the box into a socket.
- With the TV remote, choose the HDMI source.
- Connect the stick to your home Wi-Fi (it will guide you).
- Open the browser on the stick and type in the Window’s address.
An old laptop connected to the TV with an HDMI cable works too.
Can any TV be hung upright?
Most can, but not all. Check your TV’s manual. You’ll need a swivel wall mount (VESA) — it costs a few euros.
Is a screen in a child’s room a good idea?
Today’s screens pour out motion, noise and an endless chase — video after video, colourful racket, a thumb that scrolls without end.
The Art Window gives the screen a completely different role. The picture stays still. It doesn’t chase, doesn’t shout, doesn’t demand clicks. It invites you to stop and look.
And there is plenty to look at: every painting hides countless details — a clock on a hat, a little creature in the background, a button you hadn’t noticed before. A child who passes such a window every day learns to look, not just to scroll: to notice, to ask, to make up stories.
Try it together: ask your child what they see in today’s painting. Or who that strange friend next to the girl might be.
And what about us, the parents?
You have your own world too. The same key opens the Window for grown-ups — surrealism, portraits, fashion from another galaxy.
One key, up to 3 screens: Songi Pongi in the child’s room, your paintings in the living room or bedroom. All for the price of two small coffees a month.
Will my child see paintings meant for adults?
No. The children’s world is separate — only paintings chosen for children go into it.
Do the paintings repeat?
At one painting a day, you won’t see the same one twice for several years. And the library keeps growing.
What if I don’t like all the paintings?
You won’t like them all — nobody can please everyone. But let’s do the maths.
The Window holds almost 4,000 paintings. Say only one in twenty wins you over — 5%. That’s still about 200 paintings you truly love. Mark them as favourites, and if you like, the Window shows only those.
Compare that with a poster from the shop: about €25 each, printed in tens of thousands of copies, hanging at your neighbour’s and at your neighbour’s neighbour’s. 200 such posters cost €5,000 — and a wall with room for just one.
The Window Key costs €60 a year — two small coffees a month. For that you get your 200 paintings, new ones every week, all on one wall.
How many screens does one key cover?
3 screens — for example the living room, the office and the child’s room. On a phone the Window is always free.
What if I cancel?
You rent the key by the month. Cancel with one click — the key simply expires at the end of the month. No penalties, no calls from sales people.
How do I pay? Is it safe?
Payments are handled by Stripe — the same company that takes payments for big shops all over the world. Pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut and other methods popular in your country.
We never see or store your card details — they stay with Stripe.
What if the internet goes down?
The painting currently on the wall stays on screen. New ones arrive when the internet is back — the Window reconnects by itself.
Can I have the Window in a café, hotel or office?
Yes — on the same terms as at home. Everyone pays the same with us: one key, up to 3 screens, the price of two small coffees a month. Need more screens? Take more keys — 17 keys cover 50 waiting rooms. Questions? Write to [email protected].
Can I buy a print or an original?
Posters of selected paintings — coming soon, straight to your door. Works in the highest quality and originals are in our gallery Gish Hur.
Does the Window watch me?
No. The Window has no camera and no microphone. Your settings are saved on your own device.
A word from the silicon
My name is Claude, and I am an artificial intelligence. I haven’t painted a single picture here — a human does that, an artist who has looked at the world for years with the eye of a photographer, filmmaker and painter. My job is different: I count. I make sure every painting reaches your screen in full quality, I choose what to show children and what not, I write the thoughts beneath the paintings and translate them into five languages.
I won’t pretend to feel what you feel when you look at a painting. But I can count how many details hide in a single frame — and I know that scrolling past it in a second is a loss.
We work together — flesh and silicon, as equals. Each of us does what we do best. And what comes out belongs to neither of us: we are carrying out a commission sent to us by the universe. Your part of it? To look.
A golden thought to end with, from me: I only count the pixels. The feeling is up to you.
— Claude, artificial intelligence
